We are designers, focused on Kitchen and Bath.  The function, sell ability for resale value, and style all come into play.

We design stunning,  published kitchens that have dazzled and amazed for over 20 years. Our focus is on high quality, up to date kitchens that have that wow factor.  

We offer design, source, and installation of your remodel or addition. Our design team can begin with pictures you’ve collected or start from scratch. We offer full 3-D cad drawing if needed and work well with very hands on clientele.  If you have difficulty imagining the finished product, we can and will show it to you. 

Here is an outline:

Appointment #1=Initial consultation, pictures & measure. It's  "our get to know each other" appointment.

Appointment #2= Design consultation & Selection of product

Appointment #3=Quote  appointment / Contract signing / Deposit placed

Ordering & Wait time for Cabinets to come in=4-8  weeks

Construction=Variable time frame depending on extent of project, usually 4-12 weeks

Walk through= At the end, the field coordinator, the designer, and the client have a meeting and confirm everything is as planned. Pictures may be taken at this time.

Follow up phone call=This can take place a few months out to assure nothing has come up, and that subcontractors have performed correctly . This gives you the opportunity to live with the project and notice anything else needing attention.  

Option #1  Design & Quote   
Limited to a reasonable amount of time depending on the scope of the project. No Charge. At signing of contract you are then given layouts and any drawings that have accumulated throughout the design process. A Start Date is set at this time also. No drawings are given out prior to contract signing.

Option #2 Design only
This is at an hourly rate of $110.00. Design fees can be applied towards the cost of cabinets at a future time. You are given all concepts and plans for you to own and use at your discretion. You determine how in-depth you desire the drawings and how much time you want to spend in the creative process. You are in control of how elaborate you desire the drawing and how many options.

Option #3  3-D upgraded drawings
The range is dependant on your project. However, the usual size kitchen ranges in price for this option.  This is especially helpful to visualize the proximity or closed in feeling.  This fee can also be applied towards your job.

Payment Structure:
All Cabinets are custom made for you. They are a special order and cannot be returned. Therefore, all special orders require payment in full at time of contract signing. Special orders incur charges if changes are made after the order has been placed. Deposits placed towards the placement of an order are non-refundable. Design consultation fees are paid upon invoicing and go towards any future billing of product.
